It is hard to conceive that that property is located just minutes from town!  So many acres at that price!!!  My goodness.  Are the taxes high?

Hi Diane - The first time I went out to this property that's what I said. It really feels like you're way out of town, but you're not. Believe it or not...taxes on this would run under $1500!!!
