Yes, pajamas are comfortable and some are kinda cute, but if you knew you were going to be on tv or be posted to YouTube where anybody in the WORLD could take a look, wouldn't you take the time and effort to look your best?

So why do homeowners and agents take pictures of houses "in their pajamas"? The houses look like they always look, comfortably lived in. Maybe a little worn out. That is a terrific mistake in any market. Most shoppers only see what they see. They're buying a dream, a lifestyle, not just a house. Would you want to buy someone's used pajamas? Or their shiny, new, perfectly coodinated designer suit?
Staging provides any property that "designer suit" look and feel. And that translates to a faster sale.
When the comps are all wearing pajamas in the pictures, your listing will really stand out in the Prada suit!
