Due to several reasons there are now 44% fewer active inspectors in Texas than there were just 18 months ago. That's based on TREC published data.
Michael: That is interesting information. Times are tough for new folks coming in; I have noticed they have been really lowering their price. The new ones all have a high number but they have come and gone. It's a sign of the times and you have to do what you have to do to earn a living. As always thanks for keeping us informed.

That is something thats going over the Country, and not only with Inspectors. But also theres alot of Real Estate agents dropping out. I think we'll be seeing even more folks dropping out. When the cost of doing business keeps going up, and out weighs the amont of money coming in. It sure dose make it a bit hard for folks to stay in business.
Dale: Many folks right now feel they are spinning their wheels. We go one step forward and three steps backward. This country needs JOBS and until this happens we can not go forward. The country is going to h... in a hand-basket.
