Roehampton Court Dallas is a small community located on the Northwest corner of Preston and Frankford. It is a community comprises of zero-lot line homes built between 1993 to 1996. These are typically two-story homes and some one-story homes.
Roehampton Court Dallas ranges from the low 200Ks for the one-story homes and with majority of them in the mid-250Ks. Some super-highly upgraded homes could touch the 300Ks. Most of these homes have great upgrade features such granite countertops, hardwood floors, custom draperies. Some of these floorplans have ceiling-to-floor living spaces giving residents the feel of a large home. The garage are over-sized two car rear entry garages..... Lots of storage space for homeowners who often complains that zero-lot-line homes do not have enough storage face.
Roehampton Court Dallas is located in the prime North Dallas real estate location. It is convenient to shopping centers, restaurants and local businesses around the area. There is a fitness gym center, coffee shops and also the largest two-story Kohl's shopping area within the area. It is minutes south of the George Bush Freeway.
At the time of this print (June 2007), the Homeowner's Association Dues are very low ($78/month). The dues include weekly front lawn mowing, access to the community pool and maintenance of the common areas. It is definitely a well-kept community at the prime location in North Dallas, nestled among the more expansive homes and communities such as Frankford Lakes and luxury patio homes in Cambridge Gate.
