What I do and why I do it!

By
Real Estate Agent with Erlandson Realty

We help people buy and sell dirt.

We help all of our clients through our entire process.  our clients get the benefit of our years in the Land Business. The ability to work with true land agents, agents that will walk every inch of the property with you, and not just look at the property with you from the road, or worse yet, hand you a list of properties and tell you good luck, and if you find any you like, call me my cell number is on the bottom of the sheet.

I believe that I should be with you every step of the way, to show you your wants and needs, your time is valuable, the last thing you want is your time wasted by people who either do not have what you want, or by people who are going to tell you what you want, and not listen to a wors your saying.

For as long as I've been in the land business, I've been helping people. But  I realized that even well seasoned land investors need more help than simply someone to sell them the land. I do this with a level of commitment and service to my clients that is not found anywhere else.

To be the best, you need a steady flow of good information. You need information about new opportunities; you need information about changes. You need information that could affect the investments you already have, and you need information on the ones you are about to make.

You see, my knowledge, experience and connections mean that I get access to information and  opportunities that most people don't even know exist.  I am not tied into any one seller, nor I work for any one individual, but however I do have the availability to work with other real estate companies, land developers, and even for sale by owners. I  will be with you every step of the way, to make sure you can do what you want with your new purchase. The big plus is you get all of this for FREE, see the seller pays our ccommission. The buyer receives all of our expertise, knowledge and services at no cost.

Also as my client, I want to pass any and all  information I have available to you.  To provide you with any information I feel that would help you

See there others who say they do what we do, however the truth is there is not many people who truly  do what I do, and I do it well. As I tell every-one. I  am  not a real good tour guide, but I am a  real good real estate agent, and there is a difference.

Talk to you soon,
