If it is not hard enough to be in any profession regarding real estate they, the government, keep making it harder.

All but 14 states require a real estate broker license in order to manage, rent property and COLLECT A FEE * it can be done if no fee is paid; however, that is the rub for the state real estate departments.

I've turned in 2 local property managers with no re licenses (I checked the state website) and they are still advertsing on CL.
