Rates Are Finally Coming Down.... Long Overdue

Finally - the goverment gets around to doing what i proposed that they should do 2-3 years ago......  I've been saying it till I'm blue in the face..... (prices are inversely related to rates - period - and any other fix is a band-aid) -- rates have to come down in order for prices to stabiblize and eventually go up.
