Bellingham Buidling and Vacant Lots

Bellingham lots, coveted as they are, can still be found in every neighborhood. Whether homeowners are doing their part to prevent sprawl by subdividing their own property or Bellingham's rapid growth demands more borders to grow within (instead of out), available lots can be found north, south, east, west, and center.

To keep the wilderness wild, Bellingham lots (as well as those in most of the country) are getting smaller. However, responsible development and areas of low-density zoning have allowed for some Bellingham neighborhoods to continue the tradition of open space. This leaves the buyer with many choices.

In neighborhoods such as Alabama Hill and Happy Valley, homeowners are subdividing their property and selling lots to those interested in building in these desirable areas. This provides residents with opportunities to live in neighborhoods otherwise unaffordable, and in homes they can build according to their own dreams.

In other areas, Bellingham lots are completely undeveloped. These range from an eighth of an acre to several acres, allowing for flexibility in use. Some may be subdivided into smaller lots, and others are perfect for constructing large commercial or residential complexes.

No matter what the reason for being purchased, Bellingham lots are always a safe investment.  If you are interested in buying or selling Bellingham Land make sure to contact the experts at the Home4Investment Bellingham Real Estate Team.
