  • Complete comparable market analysis (CMA)
  • Suggest pricing strategy
  • Maintain a log of all work done on Seller's behalf
  • Offer home preperation tips to maximize every showing opportunity
  • Follow up with every prospective buyer that shows interest in your property
  • Contact seller every two weeks (minimum) with a status report
  • Provide a written report of selling efforts every six weeks
  • Work with seller to strategically negotiate incoming offers
  • Review sales contracts/offers
  • Ensure completion needs/solution plan
  • Develop customer needs/solution plan
  • Send buyer community information (if requested)
  • Assist buyer with financing approval
  • Develop prospective community list
  • Create prospective home list
  • View homes with buyer
  • Help buyer write offers
  • Review sales contracts
