The Wooly Mammoth is one of the most recognized animals from a long time ago. But the question is
Will You Trade Your Wooliness In For A Bikini Or A Speedo?
You see the Wooly Mammoth is no longer with us. True. Ask to see one at your local zoo. They went extinct, somewhere around 12,000 years ago. Located in Siberia, parts of Europe and also North America. The fossil record tells us this. Glacial retreat with climate change caused the habitat to decrease in size and their food went away. Not good if you are a big guy or gal. Should have headed south where more food could be found.
Trading in wooliness for a bikini or speedo bathing suit. Much better idea.
The point with all change is we have to adapt or die. In real estate markets over the last few years and of course moving forward there are shifts that have worked in certain markets and others that did not. It does sometimes seem like reading the tea leaves to pick the right strategy. But be confident that there are "right" strategies. Inquire from others who are doing well and see if that would work for you. Strategies in one part of the country may not work in your region, or again they might.
Don't go extinct. If you have read this far, you are one of the good caring ones. I know this. One of my strategies is to attract you here. You can do it. No fossilized bones of you!! They'll have to read your time capsule instead of all your great accomplishments !!!
