Not sure how you capture the light movements. Do you do this with software? However you do it, it's a nice effect.
Charles - no software or post processing involved. Just turn off all ambient lighting in the room.

To get the swirls you have to rotate the camera, but it is much safer to just zigzag around :)
Try different focus lengths and exposure times. If any of you do try it, please feel free to post you photos here so we can all see them or blog them and leave me a link! Now go have some fun!
