Subject line:  Realtors:  Will regulatory changes delay your closings?

Header:          Major changes in closing regulations could delay or even kill closings if you don't know what to expect.  Get the basics (and 3 CEs) on December 10, 2009.

Body text:

HUD's changes to several closing and settlement regulations will be effective on January 1-or before (some lenders are already compliant).  The Good Faith Estimate and HUD-1 forms have changed dramatically, which means the closing process as you know it will be changing, too.

The consequence for not understanding the new rules?  Quite possibly, a botched closing.

Thursday, December 10, take a short ride over to Middleburgh Heights to hear from experts on what to expect, and what Realtors will need to know to keep their deals rolling.

It is going to be a fun couple of weeks going into 2010 with the new law, isn't it Kristin?  at least Uncle Sam has given us 120 days where they wont slap on silver bracelets for making mistakes as we figure out the new system.

Kristen,

Sounds like an important class.  They should come since you are serving breakfast. Wish I was closer.  Are you teaching?
