Constructive Criticism

"Some people have a difficult time handling constructive criticism. As an entrepreneur, I've always welcomed honest feedback and disagreement from anyone on my team. In fact, another one of my favorite quotes is: 'In business, if two people always agree . . . one of them is unnecessary.'"

Taking criticism is tough at times. The important thing is not to take it personally, but instead look at it as an opportunity to improve. How great that someone would care enough to want to help you. Happy holidays to you, and thanks for this reminder of our interaction with others.

Criticism is one thing, 'Constructive Criticsm' is another animal entirely.  I always consider the source and then look at it as an opportunity to either improve, or question the other person's motive - both enlightening and life changing!   Nice post.
