If you are thinking of making a move then you need to take a little time to prepare your home for sale.  Curb appeal is the most important challenge you'll face when selling your home. When prospects come to your home for the first time, you want them to love it from the first time they see it.  So go a few extra steps beyond curb appeal with your landscaping to create a feeling of balance and harmony.

Staging a home can be removing or rearranging furniture to make a room appear larger.Sometimes staging is as much about what not to do or what to do to correct some common problems that keep a home from selling for the highest possible price.

If you are thinking of making a move you need to pay attention to the homebuyer's turn-offs below. They can really make a difference in the length of time a house is listed on the market and the price the buyer is willing to pay.   As always, I'm available in order to assist you with any questions you may have.

Top Sales Killers That May Keep Your Home From Selling.

  2. Chipping and Peeling Paint
  3. Dirty Carpets and Flooring
  4. Disorganization, Clutter and Junk
  5. Unpleasant Odors, Pets and Tobacco.
  6. Odd Paint Colors
  7. Poor Housekeeping

It matters to us as much as it matters to you.

I always hate it when I make a personal move, because I finally get my house in the best condition that it has ever been in.  And it has always paid off.  Great post, great curb appeal on the top photo (wink), the lower one didn't post on my browser.

Now there's a house with lots of curb appeal. Wait, no curb, but plenty of pealing paint.

You offer excellent suggestions for getting a home ready to sell.  Often helps to bring someone else in for a more objective opinion.
