Each week a neighborhood is selected by the Huntsville/Madison County Builders Association as our very own Subdivision of the week.  Each week I will let you know which Huntsville area neighborhood or subdivision was selected and a little more about the homes and area.  

This Week's Subdivision of the Week is...

WHITEHALL

Whitehall is one of Madison's newest communities.  The homes are full brick and feature energy efficient double pain windows and roof venting.  There are many decorative touches that have been added such as gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, extensive crown molding, and covered porches.  Outside features landscaping, lighting, three car side entry garages and sprinkler system.  Appliances included are cooktop, double oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, and security system.

• Directions: Highway 72W, turn South on Hughes Road, community is located just south of Discovery Middle School
• The Whitehall developer is Valley Land LLC
• Homes range from $500,000 to $800,000
• Yearly homeowner association fee is $350, which includes common grounds
• School district: Elementary School - Rainbow Elementary (K-6); Middle School - Discovery Middle School; High School - Bob Jones High School
