Christmas in the Park, Hemet, CA December 5th, 2009 - Video

Christmas in the Park is part of the annual celebration that takes place every year with the Christmas Parade.

This year it definitely felt like Christmas - with a little Jack Frost nipping at everyone's faces.  It was nice to see people bundled up and looking Christmasey...although I'm sure miss the warm days I know we are all glad there was not any rain...which might be here by tomorrow.

Well this year the event was bigger than ever...114 vendors.  There were lots of crafts and Christmas ware.  There were organizations doing their part to remind us of the 'Reason for The Season' and of course there was more than one church represented, praising the Glory of the New Born King - Jesus Christ, my personal Lord and Savior.

I took the opportunity to take a photo of almost every booth and put together this great slide show...it was fun.

Yes Santa was very relaxed.  The pictures were taken while the parade was going on - so the Festivities in the park were not yet busy at all, which was the only way I cold get the pictures - some booths I had to pass on because there were just tooooooooo many people in them.

Leolinda,

It was great - I got out of there before the parade ended - but got to see the whole Christmas in the Park event.

The program I use is Animoto - they have a free branded version that allows you to create a 30 second spot with about a dozen slides.  They have several paid versions - I am using the Professional with a 1 year license.

Yes this is a great program - Animoto - and I have several slide presentations on AR with it - search under the tage VIDEO and you should be able to find most of them.
