Tis The Season, FOR SERIOUS BUYERS!!!.
Why? Who else would take their time to come
look at a home in this hectic time of the year, A serious buyer
of course.
And... What better time to let them see
your house. Beautiful decorated, festive and smells so wonderful if you
do it right.
First
off, get a live tree,
the smell of a real tree
transcends our senses and it is hard to resist feeling happy.
Add some poinsettias outside and a reef on the door, get them in the mood before they even take step in the door. Put
a pot of cinnamon and a couple of cloves in water and let it simmer in
a pot on the stove. All these smells bring a wonderful feeling of home
sweet home! Buying a home is a very emotional purchase so enhance and
play up all those emotions when presenting your house at this
time of the year.
Don't
put off a buyer and say not today, if the weather is not good or you
not feeling like letting people come and see your home during this
holiday season. It is in fact, these buyers that come out looking for a
home that are indeed the more serious buyers. Maybe you will be under
contract and be able to enjoy the rest of the season knowing you sold
your house because you didn't put off showing your
home during the more hectic time of the year!

Never more true than a place like Cleveland where we can have 2 feet of snow on the gound in the winter time. Anyone looking under those conditions has got to be serious.

Renee, you are right, that why I wrote this. It is very easy to sell the home at this time and there are still plenty of buyers. Show the house now and you may not need to later, that is what I say!
