Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Partners - North Gwinnett
Metro Brokers, a leading real estate brokerage company in metro Atlanta and north Georgia, and one of the largest in the nation, announced a long-term franchise agreement on Dec. 7, 2009 with two of the most well known brands in the industry. Metro Brokers’ residential division now operates as part of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC franchise network. In addition, Metro Brokers’ commercial real estate division now operates as part of the Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise network. This is one of the largest franchising agreements in recent years within the real estate industry. Residential Division: With 2,300 agents and 28 offices, the residential division is now known as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers. It continues to operate under the direction of its president and CEO, Kevin Levent, who took the position in 1996 after two decades as one of Metro Brokers’ top sales associates. This affiliation allows BHGRE Metro Brokers to build on the solid momentum gained in the last five years and propels the company into the next generation, helping BHGRE Metro Brokers to grow strategically and sustainably. Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate offers franchisees a wide variety of tools and services including more online exposure, a digital and print marketing center, presentations, coaching calls, specialty seminars, and more. As part of the new relationship, BHGRE Metro Brokers will have access to best-in-class marketing, next-generation technology and web tools to build on current offerings and continue to expand within the north Georgia and Atlanta real estate communities. Plus, BHGRE Metro Brokers can leverage the lifestyle brand of Better Homes and Gardens. The growing Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network includes more than 100 offices and more than 4,200 sales associates serving home buyers and sellers in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Vermont and Washington. Commercial Division: The commercial division is now known as Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers. It continues to operate under the direction of its president and CEO, Kevin Levent. Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers has 150 commercial real estate professionals who specialize in a variety of commercial real estate sectors including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, lodging and land sale. The firm was recently ranked among Atlanta’s Top 25 commercial real estate brokerages by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Coldwell Banker Commercial Metro Brokers will continue to serve the 20-county Atlanta market. Metro Brokers’ commercial niche works with mid-sized clients and investors who rightfully demand outstanding service. The Coldwell Banker Commercial network offers a national presence with a management team devoted to assisting on every level. In addition, Coldwell Banker Commercial provides a digital marketing center, international business directory, research tools and more. Metro Brokers couldn’t have found better partners than Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Coldwell Banker Commercial in order to serve our respective residential and commercial real estate market segments.

I'm so glad we are now with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate! Now my business won't suffer from General Motor's bad publicity.

Interesting that a huge GMAC Franchise Company did not chose to go with Real Living when the merger happened? I have been to several GMAC Business Conf. and Metro Brokers was always on stage winning awards!! I'm sure BH&G is glad to have you on board, best wishes to your company on your new business adventure, Karol

Also formerly of a GMAC frnachise office...
