Where are all the Foreclosures we expected

April or May of last year we were told by all the asset managers and asset managment companies that a large number of listings will be coming by July. When I didn't happen we were told to expect it in October. Still haven't seen a jump in foreclosure listings, but I know Foreclosures continue at record pace.

When will all of these hit the market? Any thoughts?

Mike, We too have not seen a large quantity of Foreclosures.

I was wondering that myself. I remember reading that this past October we would see a flood of new reo listings available. Perhaps it was the increased interest from buyers that were spurred on by the first time buyer tax credit that sucked up the available inventory?
