There are 1539 active listings of which 1264 are residential, 13 are farm and land. This is a decrease of 9 listings from the previous reporting period.

There are 108 listings under contract. This number is 26 fewer than the previous period.

There have been 13 closed sales duiring the period of Nov. 29 - Dec. 6, 2009, all of which were residential. This is 6 more closed transactions than in the previous period.

The olden days Mike. The 80's with Herschel Walker!! I can't even remember which UGA was there. Maybe 1??

 

I can't wait to see all the statues. Will they be auctioning them off or are they permanent?
