Effective for sale by owner advertising.

Services for Real Estate Pros with Webbings by Patrick Martell

I create and list fsbo listings for Private sellers. I place the listings all over the web, and spend countless hours doing it.

If you own a property, and are selling it yourself, why spend thousands of dollars and endless hours doing all the advertising yourself? Don't you have other things to do ?

I spend my time joining fsbo sites, listing your properties on them, managing updating and renewing ads, and submitting and tracking the ads in the Search Engines to track their effectiveness.

Call me at 815-401-5133 or email me at illinois.fsbo@yahoo.com  (yes there's 2 dots, you're not seeing double) for more information.

I just have a question - is the reason you don't have your photo up because you are afraid of showing your face in a REALTOR community advertising for FSBO's...it's OK, we have an entire group dedicated to marketing to FSBO's you should check it out... and add your picture - you don't have to hide anymore.

In all fairness I took a quick look at your site.  Your offering Realtors the opportunity to list properties on your site next to your fsbo's.  It is my opinion that by doing something silly like that and growing your site it would be taking away from my two MLS's I subscribe to and from Realtor.com.  Not to mention why would I want to grow a fsbo site?  I don't mean to be rude but if this is your grand plan, you may want to rethink your career choice.

I looked at your site also, I would suggest making it more focused,  it is hard to find what you are looking for, consumers will not stay at a site that is hard to use.  Great idea, good luck competing with the big sites.
