Winter has arrived in New Hampshire but won't let that slow me down.

November was a warm and snow free month with some days almost spring like. The weather along with glimmers of hope for a stronger economy has paid off for area real estate sales. Now that snow has fallen and the holidays are upon us the usual winter slow down has shown up. I am taking advantage of my free time to working on my marketing plan and get further into social media's. I do believe that sites like Facebook and Twitter can work to my advantage to let the public know that I am available to help them buy or sell, but they take time and skills to work. I read active rain daily and have learned a lot from other agent's blogs.
