Let's see if we can start some debate! Today I received an unsolicited call that was a recording - that first said that the new F35 was 6 times louder then the F16, then it invited me to a town hall meeting, and then it indicated it was a call sponsored by the town of El Mirage.
For the longest time I have been trying to figure out just what El Mirage has going on, the reality is they are pinned in and only going to grow so much, from the propaganda they spread you would think Luke is keeping them from becoming the next Surprise or Buckeye. I live in Goodyear and I have heard the jets take off all day, I moved here knowing full well that the base was there and more importantly that it is an economic engine for the west valley. El Mirage will shrivel up and die without the base!
