Google Promotes our Listings Even More. Did You Know This?

Okay, I know we have all the promotion gurus on AR, but I was surprised when I saw this and am just passing it on for anyone else who hasn't realized the extra listing promotion Google is giving. Did you know when someone puts your listing address into Google Maps they will see this?

 

 

Then when you click the hotlink with the price, in this case “$575,000, 5 bed, 4 bath" to the left or "more info" above the picture, this comes up when you page down.

 

Of course, you can just click on the company web page, too. All this from typing in an address.

Yet another way our listings are being internet-fed and promoted on line.

Welcome to Active Rain Off and Running !  We jst subscribed. Most new members do not post a blog for quite some time. Congratulations. We joined at the end of this November, primarily for the outside blog feature…but a major side benefit is seeing what some amazingly talented agents around the country are doing. We tried to get up to speed fast by to checking out the blogs of the AR staff…starting at the archives and reading forward. The “ambassadors” write good stuff as well.
