They are back. I received two letters today (extremely official looking) from Property Tax Adjusters, Regional Processing Center, complete with my APN # and bar codes telling me what my taxes are and how much I can reduce them. For only $189 they will take care of this for me. This one looks even more legal than the one I received before. Beware of these scams!
