Real Estate Agent with Lancaster Real Estate Sales

Does anyone have a terrific script for responding to a email inquiry that actually gets you a response. Like if someone is poking around the internet on say Homegain.com and it prompts a lead to you, I need a great response that will get the people to respond back. Am I just wishful thinking here?? Any help is surely appreciated. thanks from the Rookie at large

I have never found one. I have even researched sites where colleges have done tests on words and phrases that elicit responses but they have not truly worked either. Remember the 3% rule if you send out 100 messages you will get 3 replies

Never found anything that works well.. Our company did a marketing campaign a few years ago offering what they called the 24-hour CMA. Basically we'd go through all the work of doing a CMA without actually seeing the house and email it to the owner. I even asked for the "courtesy of a response" so I knew the prospect received the info... Very few replied....

Hi Maureen i didnt mean pay for leads Our company comes up on homegain.com when people type it in then if they go on the site they normally have to register a name and or phone and email and that generates a lead to the agents Alot of times they give BS info but i like to respond with a response in hopes they will like what i say and respond back or give me a # etc...

Paul i know your right i do eblasts to my database if i see a great deal and that usually gets somebody responding

I had a script that one girl in our office was using but i dont seem to get any responses I suppose if one person does respond consider it successful huh?

Why thank you James.. the only problem right now is I dont have my own website (i know dont say it) i am on a team of 3 she has a team website but i am in the process of having my own website created just waiting till my guy comes back from vacay to go over it. So this way i can depend on myself for leads not other people. (I am smart enought to know not to depend on others for my destiny) so i suppose once that is done i will have a little more leverage..these leads from homegain etc... are coming from my office Trust me i am not sitting around waiting for them to turn into sales I am very agressively doing other things.

Thanks Sue do you have any type of eye catching attention getting response script you can share? Also with Homegain you pay them a 30% referral? See the leads i get are from my company and i think alot of them are going on homegain thus the lead is generated to our site and they are disbursed through the office. Any help is great.
