2. Lebanon Schools (Missouri)
3. Structurally sound.
4. 5+ years remaining life of roof.
5. Plumbing, sewage, and electrical systems in good repair.
6. Properly functioning heating and air units.
7. 18 inches or more clearance in crawl space.
8. Price in the range of $50,000 to $65,000
