Rural and Roomy; Indio, CA has it's own beauty!

Indio has it's own beauty; Rural and roomy.  Indio is located directly East of La Quinta and West of Coachella.  It's got a ton of wonderful things to offer, although focusing on housing has made so many people only see the less desireable events unfolding in this city.  Land was cheap and plentiful (still is relatively speaking), and the developers came in droves.  Unfortunately, when the building stopped...the housing projects were abandoned, and commercial sites did not reach some of the more Easterly projects.  Those same developments are being sold for 50 to 60% drops from original prices..some even more. 

But..as with all areas, there are spectacular things to offer in Indio and the equestrian estates and ranches and ranchettes are some of them.  Three polo clubs, Eldorado, Empire and Twin Palms, as well as Devane's training facilities help to hold the hundreds of horses throughout the Valley.  The HITS show brings in hundreds more..and horses bring in riders/grooms/families..all needing rentals or houses to purchase..good for our economy! 

Rancho Polo is located on 58th and Monroe.  It's 80 acres and has a huge track, a polo field, numerous stabling options and various sized riding/training arenas.  From small turnouts to huge pastures, the facility is perfect for any horse person.  There are also RV hook ups and mobile homes for rent..Rancho Polo has about everything!
