The Real Estate markets around the Country seem to be loosening. This should result in more families qualifying for a VA HOME LOAN IN COLORADO SPRINGS when they relocate to our area. The benefits of the VA HOME LOAN are many, and include a zero down payment option with lower closing costs than other types of financing. They feature a 30 or 15 year fixed rate loan. In addition, a VA HOME LOAN can be assumed by a subsequent purchaser when it is time to sell. With today's low rates, this feature may be quite valuable to a veteran as the assumption maintains the current low rate for the remainder of the loan term.
A VA HOME LOAN allows for less restrictive qualifying to enable more veterans to enjoy the thrill of home ownership. It even allows the homeowner to pay the home off early without a prepayment penalty.

This morning the housing market numbers were released, shedding some optimism about the national real estate industry. Of particular notice, the news is especially good for the western region of the United States.
In southern California, listing inventory numbers are down 54%, for the San Francisco region, listings are down 52%, and for the hard-hit desert region, Las Vegas shows its listing inventory is down 50%. All of these numbers were comparisons from 2008. So what does this mean?
Practically speaking, it means people are reacting with less fear and there are some more potential buyers, especially in the markets mentioned previously.
Jump-starting these very hard-hit areas of the past few years will boost various real estate economies throughout the United States. For Colorado Springs Realtors and how this information relates to the Colorado Springs Real Estate market, I expect to see an increase in relocation buyer activity over the next year. As far as our local listing inventory, numbers are reasonable and values of homes are fairly stabilized.
