Yep me too. It was a really slow year for me. Must admit I did not do squat! But Real Estate is one of my first loves. Something I have wanted to be involved in all my life. Only been in the business about 3 years now. Those 1st 2 years were great! Did better than the average rookie. Then the market went flat. I have survived staying active....most because of the Exit Business model. My residuals have covered expenses... and working a real job pays the bills for now till things pick up.
