Bristol Rhode Island Condo Market Report - Year to Date (11/30/2009)

There were 27 condo units sold YTD in Bristol, RI, with an average sales price of $387,922 and an average days on market of 164. The selling range was a low of $151,250 and a high of $1,000,000.  As of November 30th, there were 47 units active on the market, with an average listing price of $511,776 and an average DOM of 151 days.  There were 4 units under contract with an average list price of $512,000 and an average DOM of 204 days.

The number of homes sold decreased since 2008 from 34 to 27 units and they are taking much longer to sell, which is now 164 days.  This is not a sign of an improving market.
