TGIF - I actually know what this means: Thank God It's Friday!
Approximately 6:00 AM someone is pounding on the door.
The heater in the pump house isn't working and the tenant has no water....
Later that morning:
Two AM appointments, almost time to go, so I go out to start my car....
It won't start...
Fortunately, I have a teenage daughter with a car ... they're both here... amazing! she didn't have to work this morning.
Sure, I can take it, just have to add gas and power steering fluid.
Tanks on E and I can barely steer it....
Off I go with borrowed car and borrowed camera (yeah, that's another story) ........
Finishing up at my second appointment, I slip on my boots and head out to the river to get pictures - I don't remember it being so far or so cold. From the spot where you can see my tracks, I'm not even half way to the water.....
Very cold - at least the heat works in the borrowed car!
I'm still working on visiting the blog sites of those of you who commented on my one year blog (thank-you!) ... taking longer than I thought it would (about 1/4 through them - I've really enjoyed it so far, some of the commenters are new members while others look like they've been here a while - assumption based on points) ... however;
