Looking for a BPO agent in Northwest San Antonio

I'm looking for an agent to complete a BPO on a four-plex in Northwest San Antonio. This will be a one time BPO, I will refer the client who is a investor over to you for a small referral fee if everything goes well on the BPO. I am out of Corpus Christi as well as the investor.
