Thanks Elizabeth.

I just got the idea from the AR member in Chicago.  It took me a while, but I think I got it.

I have definitely been integrating the awesomeness that is google maps in to my Forney Homes for Sale website and my general North Texas Real Estate website for a while now.

However using Google as a accurate picture of homes that are available via google base can cause problems.  #1 it is not updated as quickly as the MLS and often has homes on it long after they are under contract #2 Foreclosure companies submit merely street numbers and wildly reduced prices into google base and other sites like Trulia and Zillow hoping to get unsuspecting buyers to get their lists foreclosures, that most of the time are not even available, and are just on a Bank or Tax late payment sheet.

Look at your map above and then cross reference these properties in the MLS there are only two that I can find that are currently active and only a couple of them that I can link to actual past listings.

Just my two cents,
