Diversifying your Job Scope

I am going to post a link to an artical for all to review. In these days of declining home sales one has to think outside the box.  When I heard that a major condo complex was about to do a repaint I inquired who was going to look after their interests to make sure the job was done correctly.  After a couple of meetings I was hired as the third party inspector to make sure the paint contractor fulfilled their contract obligations.  A good thing to for the workers did try to take a few short cuts in the beginning.  One thing to point out, when going after a job such as this make sure you and the contractor have a good working relationship and understand how they are going to do the job and what tools they will be using.  Although I never had to sit in the chair they did use  cable lifts which can be just as exciting in 20 mile an hour winds.  The job was good fill in work and an excellant experiance over a period of about 3 months.

As I said here is the link below and I hope that your having a fantastic day.

It's seldom a good idea to have all your eggs in one basket. You've succeeded in looking outside of the box and have been rewarded accordingly.
