DID YOU KNOW THAT AS OF JAN 1, 2010:

 1. You cannot itemize seller paid closing costs on page 2?

2. That a home builder will no longer be able to offer incentilves if a buyer uses their title/settlement company, or lender.

3. That all settlement costs will be lumped into a single line item... AND MUCH MORE!

I am going to offer a FREE two hour class which will discuss the New HUD-1, GFE, The Mortgage Disclosure Improvement Act of 2009, and how this will affect your practice in the future. (Trust Me, it will!!!)

This will be held at my office in Matthews at 2pm-4pm ON MONDAY DECEMBER 20.
