Currently in the City of Bristol, Tn we have 177 residential homes for sale that total $38,948,176 which gives us an a average price of $220,046, and they have been on the market an average of 154 days. Since the first of December we have 9 new listings with an average price of $168,800 and we have also had 6 closings where the homes averaged a selling price of $157,000 and had been on the market an average of only 53 days. We averaged a 95% list-to-sell on those 6 closings. I believe it's been a really good year in Real Estate for our area...we just live in a really good area.
