Hi Everyone...just had to let you know that someone saw my name on an AR post and e-mailed me saying, "I understand you are the fix and flip lady in Colorado Springs. I got the em late at night so I was going to call him first thing in the morning, but before I could call him...he called me and he and his wife came into my office that day.
We put a flip under contract that week and dropped it today because of some hefty inspection issues that would cut profits and cause a lot of extra work. (Unlike the tv flippers...we want to make sure that our flippers are done by the book and with full disclosure to the new buyers). So, we went and looked at more today and wrote another.
This is my SECOND PAYING LEAD IN A MONTH from Active Rain! The first came when a long lost customer of mine who moved to Iceland and then to Germany lost touch and didn't know that I had started my own company. She "googled" my name and my AR listing came up. She e-mailed me and now I have rented their high end property here in Colorado Springs and received a full year's commission up front with the lease signing!!!
