What single marketing idea did you utilize in 2009 that gave you your best results?

I was looking back over the past twelve months attempting to analyze what one marketing idea that I used that gave me the best results, (so that I could focus more on it...and less on other non-productive ones)  

So, I wanted to survey my brother and sisters on ActiveRain and see what has worked best for them in 2009.

"What did you do in 2009 that gave you the biggest bang for your buck?"

P.S. By the way, I'll share my biggest "Ah-Ha" moment in 2009....when I bit-the-bullet and re-started by newsletter campaign to everyone that I met or came in contact with; it was by far my most profitable marketing that I did in 2009. Thanks to Jim Palmer for reminding me!
