Home Buyer Reward--PartIV--Are You Next?
The questions keep coming from my clients, so I will keep blogging my answers to them. The idea of a Home Buyer Reward is very confusing, so I hope these blogs clarify this program Choice Realty of Tennessee has implemented.
Question 4: What Do I Have To Do to Get The Home Buyer Reward?
You do not have to anything but sign a Buyers Agreement with me. This gives you the same representation that the seller has. Most consumers do not realize that a buyer is not represented unless they are under a Buyer Agreement with an agent. I want my buyers to have the same rights and I am sure they do to. When I have that agreement then they are entitled to my Home Buyer Reward when meeting the requirements.
If I show my buyer 1 home and they purchase one of those homes, they get 10% of my commission back. . If I show them 2 homes and they buy one of those, they get 9% of my commission back.If I show them 3 homes and they buy one of those they get 8% of my commission back. It is that easy to get a Home Buyer Reward. In the last 3 months I have had 3 clients meet the requirements. They knew what they wanted, and they went for it!
