Jillian Michaels the Fitness Guru Can Help Us At Home

You can reinvent yourself in 2010! And you don't need to go to the Biggest Loser reality show to do it. You are perfectly capable of doing this at home. Just let Jillian MIchaels the Fitness Guru be your trainer, motivator and exercise instructor.

As a person who has tried low calorie diets, high fat diets, the Atkins Diet, Weight Watchers, the Southbeach diet, Calories Don't Count, low carb diets, high protein diets, the Mediterranean diet, detox diets, boosting my metabolism and Fit for Life, I guess you can say I am interested in weight loss.

Along with millions of others I have been interested in the show The Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels. She has become not only a star of this TV program but our country's foremost Fitness Guru and a real asset in helping us reach our actual goals.

With Jillian's overwhelming popularity I wondered if she was good, or too good to be true.

What did I find out? I found out that her program is based on science, and she teaches a very good program with a clean diet. Also, because of her early unhealthy and overweight condition, she is highly motivated to help others reach their goals just as she has. and because of her youth and condition she is able to exercise and kick butt-as they say. Exercise is a very important part of reaching your goals-as you can see fromthe Biggest Loser show.

Another thing I have found is that with her books, DVDs, cards, etc she is able to help us at home to reach our goals too.

So, no matter if you love or hate her, and I noticed that people either feel one way or the other about her, if you have some fitness goals you are welcome to use her expertise and motivation to help you reach your goals. And we can do it in the comfort of our own homes without leaving our families or even paying for a gym membership. (Unless you choose to use the gym-which is OK too.)
