I am seeing more and more properties bought at auction prices and then fixed up and coming on the market now within 2 months time. Margins these investor want to make are between 10% or more. They look great, but you better hurry. If you missed the rock bottom prices, you'll miss these too because they look so good, that they're getting multiple offers on them.
