What about building a team?

Have you thought about building a team? Perhaps you've thought about joining one or have been asked to join one and are considering the proposition.  What are the benefits, well certainly working together to get the job done makes the work lighter on everyone. Then there is the added benefit of everyone on the team having a different skill to bring to the table that makes everyone stronger.  I know that having several people putting up 100 signs would surely make that job a lot easier and help to grow mind share. Building a team may have draw backs but the benefits of good partnerships is something to consider.

Veera you are absolutely right. Having a team is a great thing but it has its draw backs. Also people have to put the egos at the door and know that we all have to be on the same page if the team is going to be successful. I see that you are across the hall from me. I know some agents at your office. Hopefully I will see you one day. Happy Holidays. Take care.
