One of the Sacramento regions most desirable communities continues to grow and develop. Not only is there a high demand in the resale Roseville real estate market, but builders continue to offer new construction homes for sale.
In fact, Roseville leads the Sacramento region in new construction.
I like Roseville. Our clients like Roseville. I always feel good putting a buyer into a home for sale in Roseville.
And showing clients around this part of town reminds me of the good old days when real people (not banks) sold their homes. These homes had furniture, they were clean (usually) and sometimes the seller would bake cookies when we came because they read that in a magazine. Mmmm...happy memories!
Not so much these days. I rarely even have to knock because so many homes around Sacramento are bank owned and vacant, carpets are stained...and ooo that smell? But in Roseville it's just a little different. There are a surprising number of real people owned homes. And builders offering surprisingly competitive prices on new construction homes for sale.
And new homes are so clean...and they smell good...and some of the builders bake cookies...and those smell extra good.
Roseville Real Estate and Folsom Real Estate are perhaps the closest thing we have to the good old days when people sold homes.
Roseville is a market we serve and it is a bit more expensive than some of the other neighborhoods in the region, but it is a safe, desirable, popular area with great schools.
Sure, there are REO homes in the area, and short sales too. There is no escaping that reality these days.
But new construction is an attractive alternative. 
Roseville home values have held up better than most cities in California and builders recognize that as demonstrated by all the ongoing construction. And if you long for the days of clean homes with green grass in the yard, new construction will put the fun back in home shopping. And with over a dozen developments and more in lincoln, there are new homes for sale in Roseville in most budgets.
