The Lodges In The Ridge At Hiwan in Evergreen represent some of the finest condominium living available in Evergreen. The Lodges are visible from Evergreen Parkway as you round the big curve just South of Kerr Gulch and descend toward Bergen Parkway. On your left just above Bergen Valley Elementary School is the Lodges (well, there is also Ridgepoint at hiwan-- now called Elk Trail condos as well) The lodges are the darker stained units.
The Lodges in The Ridge are duplex style condominiums with a variety of floor plans including single level living, two story and some even have walkout basements. It's tough to find a more convenient location if you're a skiing enthusiast, need to commute to Denver but love mountain living with low maintenance!
