Hiwan Golf Club is located in North Evergreen just east of Evergreen Parkway and across from the beautiful Elk Meadow Open Space Park and Bergen Peak.
Homes in the Hiwan Golf Club are nestled into a nicely wooded hillside with easy acces to all of Evergreen's amenities while allowing for quick access to I-70 making for a short Denver commute 30 miles east and frequent trips to ski country about the same distance west.
Many homes in the Golf Club are along the fairways of Hiwan Country Club while others have phenomenal views of Bergen Peak.
