Drip Email Campaign Ideas

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Contact29.com Marketing Ltd.

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to get some ideas flowing around ActiveRain on drip email campaigns that realtors are using with success.  One of the emails that we supply in our pre-written campaigns is below.  This email has been written to be somewhat generic, but we find that it still gets a great response from our users.

Hello Client,

Thanks for stopping by YourSite.com.

I realize that you may have just started your Real Estate search.  And, that you may not be ready to discuss all your particular needs, wants or plans at this time.  Please, be assured this is perfectly okay, and that my staff and I will completely respect your online privacy.

Also, keep in mind that my ability to help you is dependent upon understanding your particular needs and wants with respect to finding a home. So, when you are ready to explore your real estate needs further, I will be happy to assist you.

If it is okay with you, I will send you emails from time-to-time with little hints or tips that I think you may find helpful.

Have a great day, and I look forward to hearing from you when you are ready.

Many of you may have heard or seen emails that resemble this before.  It is realatively well known and the original concept was written by the king of drip email "Mr. Internet", Michael Russer.

I have personally taken this email and modified it to match my personallity.  Here is what I now use.

Hello Client,

Thanks for stopping by ChrisWhitney.ca.

I realize that you may have just started your Real Estate search. And, that you may not be ready to discuss all your particular needs, wants or plans at this time, with a realtor you just stumbled upon over the internet.  I want you to know that this is perfectly okay, and that I will completely respect your online privacy. I am not a high pressure realtor and want you to feel confortable contacting me when you are ready.

That being said, please keep in mind that my ability to help you is dependent on understanding your particular needs and wants.  So, when you are ready to explore your real estate needs further, let me know and I will be happy to help you out.

If it is okay with you, I will send you emails from time-to-time with little hints or tips that I think you may find useful, or at least entertaining.

I hope you have a great day, and I look forward to hearing from you in the future.

So, what do you think?  I actually get a great response from this email.  Funny enough, I get a lot of clients that say thanks for telling them that I am not "high pressure".  I wasn't sure about writing that in, but I have had such a great response, that I now write it all the time.

What has worked for you?
What hasn't worked?
What emails are you using?

Hi Chris,  I think both of these should do well because they address a common fear held by many looking for real estate.  Very well written !   Hope your Holiday Season is the best ever !

I think your response is great. I'm hoping you get more comments from Rainer's because I am also setting up my drip campaign!

I think drip email or auto email should obviously do all the work for you. It should be just so easy and after just a keep in touch call or monthly call
