HAZELNUT COFFEE CRUNCH
Melt 8 oz. good quality dark chocolate in a microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds; set aside. Spread on wax paper lined baking sheet to a thickness of about ¼”. Top with ½ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts and ¼ cup coarsely crushed coffee beans. Let cool over night. Break into pieces and serve. Makes about 2 cups candy pieces.
