The past few years have been very hard in Real Estate. Many agents have been forced to change careers and although I have sympathy for those who haven't lasted I do like the outcome of this herd thinning. I've found that most of my dealings this past year were with very professional agents. It has been a huge blessing to deal with honest, professional, and courteous agents. Obviously this is a sympton of "natural selection". I can't imagine too many unprofessional agents surviving this turmoil, and if they have I hope they're gone when I write my end of the year blog in 2010. I guess I'm writing this as a thank you for those agents who have: returned calls, answered questions honestly, dissplayed compassion, wrote their emails intelligently, and complted "on time" what you said you would. In short I'd like to thank all those working agents who will be around for a long time to come, and hopefull will share their knowledge with new agents.
You make me proud to be a Realtor.
