School Plays
I have a two year old son, he is my only child, and i went to see him performing in his first school play today "winter wonderland" he was dressed up like a snowman and shook a bottle of rice like a rattle. All you out there who have children, know exactly how the feeling is when i say that i was so overwhelmed at the 5 minute experience i was crying my eyes out while recording him. he he.
He got a little upset and wanted out from time to time, but the staff at Pineapple Cove Academy in Palm Bay are so awesome, they were able to keep him on an even keel and keep him with the program with little stress, i just wanted to run up and grab him and cuddle him. (my motherly instinct i guess, lol).
I don't know how they do it, they are so creative and organised, they are able to keep the children from a few months of age up organised to entertain us on occassions like this. It amazes me, the job they do. They also made the costumes.
When i first moved to Palm Bay, i went through hell and back researching and visiting every day care school that you can poke a stick at and found these.
Part of the many problems of finding a school suitable for my little angel was that he has JRA, so i guess you could consider him special needs at the moment, and most of the few schools that i was satisfied with didn't want to know. At Pineapple Cove Academy, they took him on and are extremely attentive, loving and caring, (to all the children) nurturing, and any children that need extra help, they are there for them. They help with my boy's physical therapy etc. They are awesome.
